Gremlin was founded by industry experts in reliability. Our cofounders served as 'Call Leaders' at Amazon and Netflix, responsible for fixing global outages and building reliable systems. They've built a company filled with practitioners from companies such as Google, Netflix, Amazon, Salesforce, RSA, and New Relic. Our team has lived and breathed incidents, on-call, and Chaos Engineering practices.

We favor small experiments to gather data rather than over analyzing a situation. Getting stuff done always beats talking about getting stuff done.
