Is there a maximum number of users for a Team?
No, there is no limit to the number of users on a Team. We recommend you align your Teams in Gremlin to your organizational structure.
Is there a limit on the number of Attacks per Target?
No, you can attack a Target as many times and with as many different attack types as you like. The first attack on a Target is recorded, and that counts toward your number of Attacked Targets for the time period (monthly for Free and Starter, weekly for Professional, and daily for Enterprise).
What happens when I hit my limit on Attacked Targets?
Once you hit your limit, you'll either need to add more Attacked Targets or to wait until the next time period. The Free and Starter packages both measure the number of Attacked Targets on a monthly basis. The Professional limits reset weekly and Enterprise limits reset daily, offering more flexibility for automated testing. The model is designed to align with the maturity/frequency of your deployment cycles.
Can I add more Teams or Attacked Targets to my account?
If you are in Professional or Enterprise, you can add Teams with additional Attacked Targets through the web application. Alternatively, in all account types, your Account Executive can help you add entitlements by upgrading your package or purchasing add-on packages at any time.
Can Attacked Targets be moved between Teams?
At the beginning of your contract, you can distribute your entitled Attacked Target limits across your Teams as you choose, but then those per Team limits are locked in for the duration of your contract, with the exception of Enterprise customers who can redistribute their per Team limits once per quarter. For example, a Pro customer can distribute the 30 Attacked Targets as the first Team with 5 Attacked Targets per week, the second Team with 10 Attacked Targets per week, and the third team with 15 Attacked Targets per week. This allocation will be the set amount per Team for the year.
Can I perform large scale tests?
Enterprise customers can perform two large scale experiments per year. Large scale experiments include 2 days of unlimited Attacked Targets. These are great for performing region evacuation preparation testing.
How are ALFI Targets counted?
Each ALFI application query counts as one target. For instance, one AWS Lambda function with specific set header values (eg. userId:joe, userAgent:Android 10.1) would count as a single Attacked Target. Each application query can include multiple traffic query coordinates that are not counted as additional Attacked Targets.
